Don Scroggs - 1st Tenor
Born in South Bend, Indiana, on majored in music at Andrews University in Michigan and Southwestern Adventist University in Keene, Texas. While a student in Texas, Don was a first-place winner in the annual Texas Voice Teachers singing competition. He joined the quartet in 1983. Don is married to Lorraine and they have four beautiful daughters: Kelli, Missy, LaVonne and Leanne. |

Russell Hospedales - Baritone
Born in Port Of Spain Trinidad, in his home town of Corona, Queens N.Y.C. he developed a great love for music and group singing at a very young age. His love for singing & music led him to attend The Brooklyn Conservatory of Music where he studied "Jazz". He relocated to Nashville TN. and continued using his voice there as a studio session singer, and founder & Arranger of his own vocal group "In Rare Form" and produced his own solo recordings. In 2002 he joined The King's Heralds as Baritone/Arranger and to this day continues give God praise with it. Russell is married to Samuela, and has 2 daughters Becky & Anna. |

Joel Borg - 2nd Tenor
Joel's experience with public singing began when he was three years old in his hometown church in Pampa Texas. His career continued with his vocal performance studies at Union College, Nebraska; the revival of the Lone Star Four quartet in Keene, Texas, and the Still Water trio. He has served as Minister of Music in several churches in Texas and has been a featured soloist in many more. Joel is married to Pauline, and has two children a son, Tony and a daughter, Natasha. He joined the quartet in 2004. |

Jeff Pearles - Bass
The newest member of the quartet, Jeff says that one goal for the quartet's future is to broaden the scope of the Herald's ministry by using his experience to establish a presence in the Southern Gospel community. Jeff will bring an added dimension to our ministry, not only vocally with the richness of his voice, but also with his enthusiasm to serve our Savior, Jesus. It is an honor and a delight to welcome Jeff Pearles to the King's Heralds Ministry. |
